As a relatively young charity we were really keen to engage with a professional and highly experienced local company to help with the planning and delivery of our first charity ball in February 2023. After research, we appointed See It Now Group as the partner to manage the event for us and to provide the Silent Auction on the night. From our first meeting, James fully understood the ethos of our charity and what we were hoping to achieve through the ball. James took full control of all elements of event management including  liaison with the venue throughout, sourcing a superb MC and fabulous entertainment on the evening , creation of sponsorship packages, and the provision of an extensive Silent Auction.

Throughout the whole process we found James to be highly professional, very experienced, flexible and absolutely meticulous in the planning of every detail of the event which led to a hugely successful event.  On the night James led proceedings, logistics and timings ensuring the event ran extremely smoothly. The whole of the See It Now Group team throughout the evening were very friendly and highly efficient, contributing to a great atmosphere on the evening . This also gave the charity trustees  valuable time with our guests on the evening in the confidence that everything was well in hand.

I am delighted to say that our first ball was a resounding success on every level. It was a wonderful evening and we received outstanding feedback from our guests and sponsors and completely surpassed our fundraising targets.

James and the team were always on hand from the very beginning to offer their expertise in which items would suit our varied audience, the role that they would play on the night (which was exceptional as they took care of everything for us) and were clear on the fees and reserve prices.

It really felt like on the night they were just part of our team and made sure that each person who attended was clear on how the auction worked, payment options and answered any queries that our guests asked.
